None of my store bought tones work anymore

I’ve bought 6-8 tones for my iPhone x. And ever since the phone went flat my tones never work

Purchased & downloaded tones NOT staying on Hi all, so I’m getting a bit frustrated. I purchased, and downloaded, these tones on my old iPhone 6s Plus not too long ago. Now on my new iPhone XS Max they won’t stay downloaded. I have to go into Sound & Haptics and hit the download purchased tones (or something) option. It worked once, and the tones stayed for maybe a month. Ever since that month, now all of my tones haven’t been used. I also have had to go into specific contacts, and hit the same option, for it to work maybe for a message or two. Then, it goes back to the annoyingly piercing default tone. I know this is the definition of first world problems lol. It’s just starting to get very frustrating. So someone please help!!

It is recommended that you download them again:

Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, and App Store
