Payment failed

I paid before in LivU by my mastercard or visa and it's charged.

But when i tried today they message me that my purchase could not be completed and for assistance contact www.apple.com/support/itones/ww/.

And after this issue i bought some thing from apple store and tried after that to by from Livu programe and no benifit

So what the problem in paying in LivU
