how do i find my lost apple watch?
So i lost my watch about a week ago and i do not have it connected to "find my iPhone." Is there an alternate way to find it?

No there isn't. That is the only way, and since your watch has been lost for a week, then the battery is probably dead, so there wouldn't be a way to track it. See this, If your Apple Watch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
Also, the last location of the device would only appear for 24 hours after being lost. You will have to physically look for it. Trace back your steps prior to losing it.
