is it possible to review our app in selected location

I have an app that has a geo location restriction, and review team can't access my app. Can I request to review team to review my app with the allowed location? or is there an other way? any advice is appreciated.

I have a game app that I know uses my location (because it shows me extremely local targeted ads - location is NOT needed for game at all), but when I went into my phone privacy settings to turn off location services for the app, it wasn’t there. My phone says the app is not using location services, but it clearly is. What should I do? app doesn't appear in location services app doesn't appear in location services. How can i give permission to use location services when is not listed there. It is a sports app than uses gps to track my running activities.
