Charging the new Apple Pencil
Is there a way to charge the new Apple Pencil without it being connected to the iPad? Is there an external charging accessory or something that can be used?

Jade334. The adapter to which you refer was for the 1st Generation Apple Pencil - utilising a Lightning connector to charge the pencil.
The 2nd Generation Apple Pencil, to which the original post makes reference, can only be inductively charged via a 2018 iPad Pro. There are, currently, no external adapters or inductive charging mats for 2nd Gen Apple Pencils.
