Problem installing Icloud on Win 10

hi !

I needed windows laptop for work so I got a ThinkPad, installed fresh copy of windows 10 on it updated it and wanted to install iCloud so I can move files between my macs and this laptop, weirdly I get an error and cannot install it, the error I get is visible on the screenshot I've attached, any help appreciated.

Windows details :

Edition : Windows 10 PRO

Version : 1809

OS Build : 177630.134
