Someone hacked my account and made purchases. I just had to change my password

My account got hacked just found out today when I had to change my password. They made purchases on my account and I would like to be refunded

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12.1

Have you contacted iTunes Support about the purchases ? If you haven't you should do so : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

We are fellow users, so nobody on here can give you any details. If you didn't buy the item you should be talking to the card issuer

I have been charged about $2735.31 from "APL*APPLE ONLINE STOR 800-676-2775 US" at 04:01 time in Nov,18th 2018!!!! But I did not buy anything from apple online store. Someone used my card to buy something from apple online store in USA. My VISA CARD IN MY HAND AND NEVER left me. and my visa vard never binding the iphone apple id .Could someone tell me about this????
