Facebook scrolling problem

Why is it sometimes when I try to scroll my Facebook feed (With the Facebook app), sometimes it does not register?

Can someone try this for me. Go to your Facebook feed in the Facebook app and try scrolling down by dragging your finger on the display instead of flicking quickly. Sometimes the app fails to register my finger and will not even move.

It does not happen on other apps those.
