UNADJUSTEDNONRAW
Found within my Photos Masters file are a huge number of UNADJUSTEDNONRAW images. They are all duplicates of the original .jpg images imported to Photos, so what are they?

In my Photos Library are plenty of files with "unadjustednonraw..." In the name in the subfolder Resources. These images are thumbnails for browsing the library. Some if them have small, mini, or large in the name, various sizes for browsing the library.
Sounds like you've been shooting Raw+Jpeg with your camera.
Photos is creating these thumbnails as working copies to make the browsing faster. This way it can quickly show you the albums and search results without having to Crete the thumbnails over and over again.
No these are, i believe created by Photos in the Masters folder. Not RAW+jpg.
Thanks, I think you're right. But I don't understand why. Unless the software is more clunky than I thought.
