Somebody gift me an iTunes card and i could not Redeem it, it showing it has already been Redeemed what can I do?

Contact the person who gifted it to and ask them if they had already redeemed it.

I have been charged about $2735.31 from "APL*APPLE ONLINE STOR 800-676-2775 US" at 04:01 time in Nov,18th 2018!!!! But I did not buy anything from apple online store. Someone used my card to buy something from apple online store in USA. My VISA CARD IN MY HAND AND NEVER left me. and my visa vard never binding the iphone apple id .Could someone tell me about this????
