deleted playlist in itunes

Do you have Time Machine set up and covering your iTunes folder? Alternatively would one of the files in the Previous iTunes Libraries folder be recent enough to contain the list in question from before it was deleted? In either case you could temporarily restore or connect to an older version of your database, export the playlist, then reconnect to your current database and import.

Before you do anything else, use Edit > Undo Delete Playlist.

Another alternative that may help: If you have played that playlist end-to end at some point, go to your main Music list, put it in Songs view, and sort by Last Played. Find the timeframe where you played it, and the songs will be there in a row (except for any you skipped, and any that you played again since).
