Help Changing Countries on App Store

When looking for a documentary in my English class, I tried to download an Australian tv app, which prompted me to click “do you want to switch to the Australian App Store?”. I clicked it without much thought but now I cannot return to my Canadian App Store. Unlike what other posts may say, my location on the App Store already says Canada and since I am in, but not the owner, of family sharing I wouldn’t be able to change it even if it said Australia.

Please help!!!
