Hi, I’m still paying for my boyfriends old Apple Music account that no one uses and it’s on his old Apple ID that he doesn’t remember. How can I stop it because I really can’t afford it any more.

Tried cancelling direct debit, doesn’t work.

Tell him to use Apple's iForgot service or contact their Account Security team, and then clickhereand ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund. If the Apple ID is completely inaccessible, add a note saying so to the form in the third link.
