My son used his FB account to sign into a 3rd party app and now I can not change the available FB login to mine in order to sign into other apps. How do I change the account information to allow me to login to the different apps?
The phone doesn't use anything, if you click on that and it is logging in with your son's FB account that means one has already been set.

You can also try this, delete both the Facebook app and Words with Friends app from your iPhone and acquire them again. When you open the FB account log in with your information then go to Words with Friends'
What app is this? If it is an app that lets you use a FB login the iPhone has nothing to do with it. Login using your son's account, remove his login, then login with a login you create or use your FB login.

There is no standard account your phone uses to login to apps with. Are your referring to a login that you have stored in Keychain?
I turned off the Keychain and told it to delete the passwords stored then did the hard restart on the phone (pressing home and side buttons until phone turned off and then the Apple symbol was visible again) and it did not remove the account. Any app that allows you to login with FB (Words with friends, ESPN Fantasy, whatever) when I attempt to login with FB it only allows me to select my son’s account. I have deleted the FB app, FB messenger, and after that restated the phone multiple times. How do I change it so I can login to my account with these different apps?
I have already deleted FB and FB messenger, I have never logged into Words with Friends before, I had logged my son out of the FB app and deleted my son from the FB app before deleting the app. Yet the phone still selects him as the only account that can ever be used to login to an account, is doing a factory reset the only option?
You have to use the Facebook app on your iPhone to change your password in Facebook. Or you your computer and browser and navigate to Facebook.
I am not trying to change my FB password, I am trying to change the account my phone uses to login to apps with.
You have to login to the app in question and then change the password in that app.
