New ipad pro antenna and magnet scratches easily, anyone else noticed and am i being too ocd?

Mine got a tiny scuff on the aluminum surface near the antenna band and this is my 3rd iPad Pro 2018 replacement as the other 2 has visible scuffs both on aluminum and plastic surface. I gave up replacing the 3rd one and ordered dbrand skin for the back. Apple really need to step up their quality control!

I had mine for less than a day, most of which it spent inside of a lined bag, before the first scratch on the antenna. It really annoyed me.

mine also has scratches on the apple pencil charger port and i barely used it (only for a few dias maybe 3)

i can replace it?? how did you guys replace it, when i bought it they told me garantee doesnt cover physical damage

I already bought 2 iPads and returned both of them just because of this antenna-scratch-problem.

I'm very careful with it and I already have a few scratches on the plastic area where the Apple pencil charges. I wish I had bought an Apple pencil so this area wouldn't have always been exposed.

I made the marks less noticeable by buffing out the area with some white toothpaste and a cloth.

Yes you can exchange it as long as you bought it from the Apple store and is within 14 days but I would recommend to return it and purchase a new one again through their online store. But again you could just go ahead to Apple Store to do an exchange, the reason why I would recommend doing online procedures is because Apple employee might not agree with your claim, it happened to me and I had to seek for help from their store manager.
