Why is my Apple ID frozen??

On my iphone, the apple id, AppStore Is all show in grey. I can’t click on it and know how to sort it. Does anyone know?

If all accounts are greyed out in Settings you've likely set a restriction on the device : Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Account Changes on iOS 12

If there isn't a restriction, do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.
