cannot activate wide screen side tilt on i phone 6s
My i phone 6s iOS 12.1 will not show wide screen when I tilt it for side wide screen view. What can I do?

Do you mean it isn't rotating? If so, swipe up from the bottom of the Home screen to view the Control Center and make sure that the icon with the padlock that has a little circle arrow around it is not showing as red on a white background. If it is, that means that the Rotation Lock is turned on. Tap it to turn it off. The icon will change to a grey background with a white icon in the middle.
