Why can’t i use all my apps with my celullar data?

I made the last update 12.1 in my iphone 8 and incant accesa to some apps with my celular data. I checked in settings>celullar and the data is on, i reset the network settings, put it on air plane mode and it dosent work.

what can i do To fix it?

Have a similar issue, use 12.1 on a iPhone XS Max, and happens to me that some apps would not let me turn on any network ( cellular, WiFi). I would turn on, go to the app and get the message no network. Checking the settings again I see it was turned off again. App in question here: HSK online

Restarted, turned on-off airplane mode. Nothing helped. Experience as well some problems with Bluetooth connection with speakers that worked great with my iPhone 6s.

I see that you're having some trouble using cellular data in some of your apps. I'd like to help.

You mentioned that cellular data is on in Settings > Cellular. Just to confirm, if you scroll down this page, is cellular data toggled on for these specific apps you're having trouble with as well? If so, try toggling the data to off for the apps, restart the iPhone ( Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch ), and then toggle the cellular data back on for those apps.

Another thing you mentioned is that you put the iPhone into Airplane Mode and the apps did not work. It's not clear if you toggled Airplane Mode on and then off again as a troubleshooting step, or if you're attempting to use these apps in Airplane Mode to test the cellular data. Airplane Mode disables cellular data, so you wouldn't be able to use any apps that require cellular data while in this mode.
