Change order of photos within an album
I would like to rearrange the order of photos in an album. Is it possible to do this? If so, how can it be done?

You can drag the photos in an album manually into the order you want.
And if you upgrade to macOS El Capitan or a newer system, you can sort albums in Photos automatically by the date or the title. Ctrl-click or right click the album in the sidebar and click "Sort > "keep sorted d by ..".
