Can't access Family Sharing

I have family sharing across a range of devices with my Apple ID. I am trying to invite my wife, who has a different Apple ID, to family share. I cannot see where I go to send this invite. If I go to set up family share I am told that I already have a family and need to send an invitation but I can't see where. Am I being stupid, is the answer really obvious?
