How can I stop my photos deleting from my iCloud when I delete them off my device?

every time I delete my photos off my device they delete off my iCloud. How do I stop this?

If using the iCloud Photo Library, you don;t. That is how it is designed to work.

The iCloud Photo Library is a syncing service, designed to keep your photos the same on each device you are signed in to.
