Problem deactivating NETFLIX on iTunes

Been stressing 6 hours on how to deactivate Netflix when it is not found under the iTunes account where it was created

Are you sure that the subscription is being paid for by that iTunes account, do the payments for it show on the iTunes account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If they don't show there, how do they show on your credit card statement e.g. just as 'iTunes.com' with no description of what it's for ?
