Are you sure that the subscription is being paid for by that iTunes account, do the payments for it show on the iTunes account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If they don't show there, how do they show on your credit card statement e.g. just as 'iTunes.com' with no description of what it's for ?

I have already sought help through phone conversation with an Apple service agent but after almost an hour he advised mento contact Netflix since the account created idies not exist under the iTunes account used
After hours of waiting for response from Netflix, an agent who didnt seem very friendly immediately dismissed the chat saying my concern falls under the jurisdiction of iTunes & he could not help me
