Have you checked your battery status? Settings>Battery>Battery Health.. then tap on it
Did you try following the steps provided here?:
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
If you get no improvements, have your device inspected at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider: Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
