No, such messages are scams.

iCloud Account Breach Voicemail...possible scam? I just received a voicemail claiming my iCloud account is breached and to not use any Apple device without contacting a support adviser, but the message sketchy. I got a voicemail stating my "iCloud account may be compromised". Just god a voice mail stating my "I cloud account may be compromised". [Re-Titled by Moderator]
