problem with credit card registration

Hello,

my apple id is *** I tried to register new credit card, but I can't. Then I went to our apple distributor in Estonia, and they also couldn't help me. They told me, only apple support can help me with this problem.

Also I can't download any programs from apple store.

Credit cards issues in India not working Hi, I have tried with both Visa or Mastercards issued in India, which is my country of origin and also I am living here. The same card was earlier working with Apple ID say 3-4 months back. but since last 3-4 months my credit card is showing that this card you entered can’t be used with your.
