Since this iPad is an upgrade, I can see the cloud sign in front of the eBay app in app store but it just doesn't download.
Have tried powering it off and on but nothing has worked.
this is iPad pro 1st Gen; is fully up to date with iOS 12.1 and has more than 100GB of storage.
Any help? Many thanks
