Apple ID is disabled

everytime I try to download something from the App Store is says that my Apple ID has been disables

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
