Just as JLin_27 and Cid1606 have mentioned, the connection speed is fine. I too have this issue. MoonJ, your response doesn’t really answer the question. The video just never resumes. I often FaceTime with my parents for 3-4 hours and this happens at least 3 times every time. The video never resumes on its own. Yet if I hang up and call right back, the video is fine... for maybe an hour until it stops again. It’s the resume “feature” that appears to be broken. Is there a way to force the video to “try” to resume without having to hang up and call right back? It’s really annoying to have to do that.
