uninstall malware toolbar on macbook

I have an unwanted (malware?) toolbar on my laptop that "accompanied" a Thanksgiving recipe. It disallows my access to one of my e-mail accounts, and I cannot find where it is hiding to uninstall it. I have a MacBook Air with the current version softwares using MOJAVE.

There is also a toolbar called "Pensirot" that I cannot locate to uninstall. I WANT NEITHER of these. The most offensive has an flower emblem and goes to this: http://search.hgeteasyrecipes.org/?page=newtab&uid=85bba83d-8a60-4fe1-81a9-effa2 abe317c&i_id=recipes__100&uc=20181121&ap…

I went to APPLICATIONS to seek the folders for these two toolbars, and could not find anything. I sure would appreciate some help with uninstalling these two annoyances.

MacBook, iOS 9.1, latest updates installed

Download and run Malwarebytes. Malwarebytes was developed by one of our own colleagues here in ASC and is about the most proven anti-malware software for Mac. There is a free version.
