Switching profiles on MacBook Pro

Hello,

I am wondering if there is any way to NOT have to close files when switching between user profiles on a Macbook pro. For confidentiality purposes I use two profiles. I find it frustrating to have to close files I'm working on to switch between profiles. Is there any way I can leave them open and not lose changes?

Thanks so much Grant ... the best one was the fast user switching. I found that even though I had checked the "open previous windows" box it never worked. My docs were all closed and there was a "do you want to save" prompt. Very frustrating! Anyway, thanks for this!!
