I’m getting billed weekly for a premium ringtone app that I’ve tried canceling

I’m getting billed weekly for a premium ringtone app that I’ve tried canceling. I shut off my credit card on the iphone but now it’s saying problem with my iCloud storage payment. If I turn it back on the app will continue to take money weekly. How do I shut that down.

How did you try to cancel it? Here are the instructions for cancelling a subscription, View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

now it’s saying problem with my iCloud storage payment.

That is because you removed the credit card. You need to work through the subscription issue first, and then deal with iTunes about the billing issue. If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
