Please my iPhone x with connect to mobile data... I keep getting err. Proxy connection failed

Check for a carrier settings update and check the version and find out from the carrier if that's the latest version.
Then, when you're sure the carrier settings are up to date, if you still have the problem, you can try to edit or reset your APN settings if your carrier allows that. Otherwise you'll have to contact your carrier.
