Can't enter billing address after I changed country
Dear Apple fans and users,
Any help will be much appreciated.
I moved to Poland and changed a country in my apple id. To do that apple requested that I sign off apple music, so I did. Now that I have changed region I want to purchase apple music again (and other apps) and my billing info just wouldn't change: every method that I try (iPhone, iTunes on desktop, web) just wouldn't save new billing info that I enter.
iPhone
Saves new billing info but then is resetting itself: requesting it again with all fields displaying my old billing.
iTunes: same as iPhone
Web: just says "Please enter a valid expiration month" - how can you possibly get it wrong? mm/yyyy = 01/2020 or 02/2012 or 03/2022 etc.
