Apple vouchers

I bought a U$25 gift card through amazon on 31 October , I didn’t redeem immediatly and when I tried to redeem it. It said this voucher has already been redeemed ,I contacted amazon and they said I should ask apple?

although the can see on their system that the card has not been claimed.

Got charged for a free gift card Hi! I purchased an iPad Air a few days ago during the Black Friday/ cyber Monday sale and as a result was said to be given a free $50 Apple Card. It said -$50 on the receipt, showing that I didn’t pay for the card. However, I’m looking at my bank statements and I was charged for both the iPad and the apple giftcard… I live in the Bahamas and therefore can’t call apple to get help (not till free) Can anyone help me please?

Apple store and iTunes gift voucher I have received a £25 gift voucher from a friend from christmas. I went to add it to my account, scanned it, and then it said card has not been activated properly? I don't understand as the receipt the card came with says card activation successful? Is someone could help that would be great!

You got that message the first time you tried to redeem it ? Unless you redeemed it onto your own account iTunes Support won't (or shouldn't) give you any details about who/when/where it was redeemed, though if you want to try contacting them : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
