hi i upgraded me contract on Sunday for 64GB iphone XS,right now i am on holiday because i travelling overseas for a holiday.i turned on my brand new phone yesterday and i shocked to see the touch is not responding,i did soft reset.did restoration from itunes still same,can i do anything else as i am only coming back to South Africa after a month.

Same issue with my new iphone XS- touch screen did not respond despite hard reset. Sent to Apple Store for repair, took 7 days for them to come back with a new phone replacement saying the issue cannot be fixed
