Language/National flag association

Hi there! My question is about keyboard input sources. If i want to add English to my keyboard i get like 10 different options:American, British, Irish, etc...Same with Spanish, French, etc...All with proper country National Flag. But when it comes to Russian the only option is with russia's national flag. This is very wrong. There are at least 15 independent countries, all ex-USSR, which populations still using russian language. Some of those countries have been assaulted and even occupied by russians just recently.Like Ukraine, Georgia,Moldova,etc...I therefore believe it will be only fair to add more options for Russian language for those ex-Soviet countries so we could see our National Flags instead of russian one. Even with emojis there is a choice of different skin colours. I do hope very much you'd be able to fix it in future MacOS's and iOS's updates. Thanks in advance! Regards/Vlad Okhrimenko

This makes total sense, as I think (this is just an opinion) the difference with multiple English country options is how differently English is spoken and spelled in the various countries. Example: here in the US I’d write “Cherries are my favorite fruit!” In all other English countries as far as I know, it would be “cherries are my favoUrite fruit!”

I’m sure the different countries that speak Russian also have these variations, and I agree leaving feedback at Apple.com/feedback for the language options is great but Apple doesn’t do the emojis—that’s Unicode and they handle all emojis for all devices as far as I know. You can request emojis from Unicode directly but i think you need a sample of what it would look like.
