macos mojave 10.14.1 iTunes will not connect to store

I've tried every fix I can find to get iTunes to connect to store and my Apple Music account. On Mojave 10.14.1 it hangs at Genius connecting to iTunes store. Mojave has been installed three times, multiple calls to Apple Support. Followed a number of suggestions, removing caches, resetting certificates, resetting internet connection, new Apple ID, nothing works. Anyone find any fix that works? On a late 2015 iMac.
