How can I add my bank details on my iPhone so I can make my own purchases for the apps, as i am a member of family sharing and each app I try to buy my dad has to pay and he told me I have to pay by my self. How can I resolve it ?

1. Purchase and redeem an iTunes Gift Card on your own Apple ID so that you have a balance available on your own Apple account
2. Add Funds to your Apple ID Add funds to your Apple ID - Apple Support (this requires you have a credit card on your own Apple iTunes account which you can do by following the instructions in this support article: Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support

You cannot. In Family Sharing, and specifically with shared purchases, the Family Organizer agrees to pay for all purchases made by the Family Group members.
Family Group members cannot use their own payment methods.
The only exception is iTunes / App Store Gift card credit. If a member has gift balance on their account, it will be used before charging the family organizer.
