I am the owner but I forgot the password. Somebody was messing up my phone thru the system itself.. We call it hacked or jailbreak.. I been having this problem for almost a month now.. apple store outlet and my carrier can’t do anything.. I’ve trying to fix this issue by my self...they all in control of all my email add.. finally I was able to regain control of my 1 email address.. i still have to recover my Gmail account... pls if anybody or anyone can help me.. ****

they also control on my devices 2ipad ,2 iPhone and 1 Samsung tab galaxy3
now I’m using my iPad 9.7 but somehow some features they cant manipulate that’s y I was able to use it.. Thank you so much for app support I was able to change my password but my iPad still not in full recovery... Im not an IT or anything related to computer..I’m just a plain caregiver taking care of elderly...I’m trying my best to resolve this issue and I’m really happy finally I was able to reach out my problem to this site.. i tried it before so many times but the screen display freezes everytime when I about to send it.. now my computer and my Tv is affected or infected too.. i dont know what to do anymore.. i was about to give up saying to myself thy will be done,but every time I miss my family my father,my brothers and sisters and mostl especially to my only daughter who I haven’t had communication for almost a month too.. the last time I spoke to her was.She was money to pay for her tuition and she need to have a laptop for her studies..but I couldn’t do anything coz all my bank accounts have been compromised too..Anyway hope somebody will hear out..
