Who is managing the Apple ID? Whoever set the restriction is the one who has to change it.
You are welcome. Have you checked Settings/Screen Time?
Can you log into the App Store? What happens when you try to download something? Error message(s)?

I am the admin of our School Apple, so I can change all the Settings. But I do not know where to Allow App Store. I have checked all the options and I have everything on “Allow”.
But still - I can not download apps from App Store. Even if they are for free.

To be honest - I do not understand what is the connection from my problem to Parental control? There is no limit in Parental control for this.
When I want to download anything from App Store, I see only grayscale button Get, which is normally blue. The button is just not active.
