iPad Air to Microsoft surface go...

Hi,

I use a pc to transfer files to my iPad Air. If I was to purchase the Microsoft surface go, would I be able to transfer files to my iPad?

Any advice..?

What operating systems does the Surface Go run on? If that device runs on Windows 10, I see no reason why you can't.
