Storage

My iphone storage keeps saying that it is full, when I have upgraded my storage by buying more storage. The largest category that is saying is using up my storage is “other” and I am unsure on what the “other” category? Please help User uploaded file

You can't buy more storage for an iPhone or any iOS device. You can buy iCloud storage, but that does not change the amount of storage on your device itself.


It looks like most of the storage on your phone is taken up with "Other", which means you have storage corruption on your phone. Restore it to factory settings, then restore your backup. See:
