How do I update my Ipad from the IOS 9.3 Version To IOS 11

I tried updating my iPad but, it says it already updated but, it won't go past IOS 9.3 version

The iPad 2, iPad 3rd generation, and the original iPad Mini cannot be updated beyond iOS 9.3.5.
