I keep asking the same question and nobody can give me a straight answer on how to take care of this problem about my account on the App Store and iTunes being disabled, what’s the next step I tried changing my password and it’s still doing the same thing, I can’t update 5 of my apps, please somebody help me solve this problem once and for all 👨🏻❤️🙏🏼
You can stop sending me emails now, my problem has been solved thanks to Apple support they’re the best ever, just follow the instructions call them and they will help you with this problem, God Bless Apple and their employees 👨🏻❤️🍏

I reset my password via two factor authentication- it still says my count has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. Please advise how I can re gain access as this is now business critical for me.
My iPhone 10 keeps saying my apps and iTunes is disabled. I tried changing the password. I tried resetting my phone and it won’t even let me sign in to get help, we’ll, except right here. Does that mean I have to go spend hours at the apple store?

If the problem you are having is not the same as the one posted here, you really should start your own thread. There you should post exactly what your problems is and what you have tried so far ro solve it.
Indeed. Looking at https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region it would seem that Apple don't provide support in Namibia, which presumably means they don't have any sales operation their either.

In all the replies to “Your account has been disabled in App Store and itunes” not one person posted the phone number to contact support with. When i go to support, i am looking for all the info in one place to get the answer. If I had the phone number to support, I would have called them in the first place instead of coming to this website for a quick answer!

I tried to add my credit card but iTunes tellsme that the information is not match.To solve this,I always use gift cards from some people and download some apps like Blur andInfinity Blade3.I'm sure that these apps doexist in app store,so I suppose that they offered me legal gift cards,because apple store should recognize this.I've bought so manyapps from app store and I paid a lot of money and I like my id very much so I really cannot accept the fact that my ID is disabled.

My current Apple ID was disabled 3 days ago. Called Apple support but they just told me that it was “permanently” disabled without reason. I and my family’s 2TB iCloud data has to be backup within a month before Apple delete them. All purchased Apple Music songs and App gone could not be downloaded or updated. All existing iTunes Credits couldn’t be refunded or use. A hundred of Apps on my iPhone 11 Pro Max had to be redownloaded under a “new” Apple ID.
What’s happened to Apple???
