can I go back to High Sierra from Mojave ?
Having major problems with the updated Mojave so can I go back to the High Sierra that I had on my iMac ?

You can go back if you a) have a full backup you made before upgrading and b) erase your entire hard drive. Make sure you make a second backup first, just in case.
