Hi I want to know whether it is possible to get a new charger for my iPad. It's charger doesn't work. It can be charged by other charger!

If the device is under a year old, accessories included share the same 1 year warranty as the device itself meaning you should be able to get a free replacement from an Apple Store if there is no sign of damage to the cable itself.
