I don’t know why but I pay monthly for 50MB storage and I got the receipt yesterday but when I went to check how much I had it still said I had 32MB so I don’t know what’s going?

32GB is your iPhone's local storage. the 50GB you are paying for, is for iCloud. They are 2 different and unrelated things.
