Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I keep getting an error saying certain songs can't be played as I am not signed in to Apple Music

I am definitely signed in, I can see my account when I go to 'view my account'. I can't seem to get past this, no matter how many times I enter my password. Any advice please?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

Hi,

Try signing out of iTunes, close iTunes then reopen. Sign back into iTunes and go to preferences and make sure Apple Music and iCloud music library is checked.
