where can I find a good business plan template for Pages?

Google search for an MS Word business plan template (without Word macros), open it in Pages, and then save as a template.

for the most part you can open almost any excel file that you locate and like. The only real limitations are macro enabled workbooks (no vba in iwork), and some functions (e.g. array functions and others) wont work.
