LG OLED C7 and Apple TV 4k - HDMI CEC

My setup:

Yamaha RX-V781 connected to HDMI 2 on LG OLED65C7.

Devices connected to Yamaha receiver:

HTPC (HDMI1), Apple TV 4k (HDMI2), PS4 Pro (HDMI3) and cable tv tuner (HDMI4).

Only device which supports HDMI-CEC is the Apple TV 4k. (if you press the input button on LG OLED remote, you see the Apple tv as a sub device to the HDMI2 input)

I have to enable Simplink on LG, and HDMI control on Yamaha to get ARC, because I want sound through ARC for smart-tv apps like Netflix, Prime video etc.

When enabling this, and I use for example Netflix, the Yamaha receiver automatically switch to the assigned input for ARC. (AV1 on receiver)

My problem is that when leaving the smart-tv app/platform and back to HDMI2 (where I have 4 devices connected), it ALWAYS switches to the input for the ATV 4k (HDMI2 on receiver), regardless of the last input was for example my HTPC (on HDMI2 on receiver)

So freaking annoying, because I use a Harmony remote with activities, and the activity for HTPC is chosen but the receiver changes input to Apple Tv... then I have to choose another activity (PS4 for ex) and the back to HTPC...

How can I stop the HDMI-CEC on Apple TV? Or do any of you see another solution?

Despite turning off CEC control in my LG TV and Apple 4k TV, the only way I was able to stop the TV from sending a CEC signal to the Apple TV was by inserting an HDMI CEC blocker in its path. This can also be accomplished by simply removing (or bending back) the CEC control line (pin 13, forth from upper right) in the HDMI cable to the Apple TV. Now the TV won't turn on and try to switch to Apple TV when powered on.

I am having this same problem, I am using an LG OLED smart TV and I have a yamaha receiver (rx-A1080) connected. Whenever I open HDMI 2 (the port which allows ARC) automatically opens my Apple TV. It seems like the LG TV prioritizes the Apple TV. I even moved the HDMI port on the receiver in which the ATV was plugged into, yet the same thing. It's annoying because I have to get my receiver control to change to another input each time. My guess it has something to do with simplink and HDMI-CEC but I don't really know what to do. I have even reset my LG TV but no luck. Hopefully, I can get this resolved ASAP.

I tried all of these possible solutions yet still no luck. The issue I have is that the yamaha receiver I have is plugged into the HDMI-2 port on my LG OLED TV and I have dish network and apple tv 4k right now plugged into the yamaha receiver. So whenever I want to watch dish network, I click on the HDMI-2 icon and I see dish network for a brief second and then the apple tv 4k comes out of sleep mode and takes over. It’s annoying and happens every time, I have checked all possible setting and I am not sure where the problem is happening.
